    Cabin Selection:  Triple and Quad cabins are limited and based on availability. Triple or Quad cabins may require the use of a rollaway or trundle bed.

    Registration Instructions: Click on the register button to register for the cruise. Each roommate should fill out the registration form unless 1 person is paying for the entire cabin. After you have registered, you will receive an invoice within 72 hrs with payment instructions. You do not have to wait for the invoice to make a payment.

    Prepaid Gratuities: Gratuities are $60 per person. It is recommended to prepay the gratuities prior to sailing.

    Pre Cruise Hotel (Ft Lauderdale): We will have hotel rooms available in Ft. Lauderdale for anyone who will be arriving prior to the sail date. The rooms will be available from Thursday, Sept 2 - Sunday, Sept 5, 2010

    Car Rentals: We have discounted rates for Avis, Budget, and Thrifty. GetAway Vacations must book your car rental to receive the discounted rates.

    Parking: Parking is not included in the package price. Parking at the port is $15/ day. Hotel parking in Miami ranges  $25- 40/ night.

    Flight Information: Discount codes for American Airlines and AirTran will be available after October 1, 2009. We will send the discount codes via email with booking instructions. Flights through American Airlines will be 5% off the published rates.

    Ft. Lauderdale Airport Transfer: $30 per person RT to and from the port. Flight to FLL must arrive at the airport before 1 pm on Sept 5, 2010. Flight leaving FLL on Sept 11, 2010 must be scheduled for take off after 12:00pm.

    Miami Airport Transfer: $60 per person RT to and from the port. Flight to MIA must arrive at the airport before 12 pm on Sept 5, 2010. Flight leaving FLL on Sept 11, 2010 must be scheduled for take off after 1 pm.

    Hurricane Season: Hurricane season is May 1 - November 31 each year. During Hurricane season, Cruise Lines would change their itinerary if there is a hurricane scheduled.

    For example, if there is a scheduled hurricane for one of the port of calls, the Cruise Lines would either go to another island or stay longer at one of the scheduled port of calls.  They do not go toward a hurricane. They avoid it by changing the port of calls.

    Trip Insurance: Trip insurance is highly recommended. Trip insurance is per person. Interior Cabin is $69. Ocean View is $79.  Balcony is $99. Covers only Carnival Cabin fees.
